Team room
The team room is for everyone who helps organise. Guests talk in the gathering chat. Under “+ Tools” you add expenses, a budget, a shopping and a packing list.
You are not in this team (or the invite link has expired). Ask the host for a new link.
The host lets you in – then you see the team chat and your shifts here and under “My teams” in My space. Nobody can read along before that.
Asking to join
Only people you let in can read the team chat.
Invite people
Create a link for a role and send it to the person (WhatsApp, email …). Whoever opens it asks to join with this role – you get an email and let them in here. Then they see only the team chat and the channel of their role.
Invite a node directly
Pick someone by name – they get an email and join once they accept. Works for private projects too.

Who can edit the canvas
Everyone in the team can see it. Hosts can always edit. Whoever is responsible for a task can always change its status.
